wrote this tutorial from my own ideas, any
resemblance to other tutorials is purely
coincidental.
Supplies
needed.
The
tutorial is made with PsP X2
1
Font 'TheKids'.
1. Tube 'FBR_Blake
20_Paigesmum'
Open your Font,and minimize for now
Open your tube in PSP.
Click at the bar under and drag it
down...while you work,then you see where in
the tut you are working now:-)
1. Open
a new transparent Image 600x500 px.
2. Activate
your tube,I have used 'FBR_Blake
20_Paigesmum'. Resize your tube if
necessarily.I resized my tube to 70%.
Move your tube a bit to
the right.
Drop Shadow with this setting:

Choose a light color from your tube and set it
as foreground color. Choose a darker color and
set it to backgroundcolor. I used #a6b0d7 as
foregroundColor and #0d3772 as
backgroundColor.
4. Make a
for/backgroud gradient with this setting:

Activate your bottom layer and fill it with
the gradient.
6. Add a
New raster layer.

Activate your SelectionTool>Custom
Selection.

Use this settings :
8. Fill your
selection with gradient,same color as used
before,but with this settings for the
gradient:

Selections>Modify>SelectSelectionBorders
with this setting:
New raster layer. Fill the selected border
with the color white.
Keep selected!
10. New raster
layer. Effects>3DEffects>Cutout with
this setting:
Select None.

Layers>Merge>Merge Visible. This is what
you shall have now:
12. Select
your TextTool and use this setting:
13. Choose
your symbols/text. I used the letters k i d
14. Effects>3DEffects>DropShadow
with this setting:
Repeat drop shadow,but change the vertical
and horizontal to -1.
Layers>Merge>MergeAll.

Selections>SelectAll.
Selection>Modify>Contract with 20
pixels.
Selection>Invert.

Effects>ReflectionsEffect>Kaleidioscope
with this setting:
Keep selected!

Effects>3DEffects>Cutout with this
setting:

Effects>3DEffects>Drop Shadow with this
setting:
Repeat drop shadow,but change vertical and
horizontal to 4.
Select None.
19. Image>AddBorder
with 3 px using your light color from your
tube.
20. Add your
watermark or write your name at your work.
21.
Layers>Merge>MergeAllFlatten.
